Each of the seven essential oil blends smell divine so can also be used as pulse point oils for the aromatherapy benefits that each blend brings.
Information is included so you can learn about the oils, where each chakra lies and also use the positive affirmations that go with each blend.

I have been using these oils for around a year and have been astounded by the difference. I suffer with acute nerve pain in my shoulder and also quite bad menstrual cramps which have occasionally lead to sleepless nights. A simple google of which chakra linked to that area of the body and within half an hour I’m back to being comfortable without any need for pain killers! Beautiful scents too to top it off that last all day!
